GRANT SMS TERMS

Effective October 13, 2026. These terms apply to the Grant SMS program operated by BROKERGNOME INC for participating real estate agents.

What you receive

After you opt in, Grant may send and respond to texts about deal and transaction coordination, account or service updates related to Grant, and support requests. Grant SMS does not send promotional messages.

How you join

You join by texting the keyword shown in your BrokerGnome onboarding message to the Grant toll-free number. Joining is optional. The onboarding message explains the program and links to these terms and our Privacy Statement before you text.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your requests and deal activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may delay or fail to deliver messages and is not responsible for the program's content.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to the Grant number to stop texts from that number. Reply HELP for assistance, or email help@brokergnome.ai. After a STOP request, the carrier may send a final confirmation. To receive Grant texts again, follow the carrier's re-enrollment instructions.

Use of text messaging

Grant SMS is intended for US mobile numbers. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information by text. Text delivery is not guaranteed to be immediate; use another channel for urgent matters. Review any Grant-generated transaction work before relying on or sending it.
